My Mama's Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
1 box of elbow macaroni follow the direction on the box, most say boil for about 9 minutes.
1 cup of Colby jack cheese
1 cup of Sharp cheddar
1 cup of parmesan
1 cup of fontina
1 cup of asiago cheese
1 cup of Romano
1 cup of Mozzarella
1 cup of Smoke Provolone
1 stick of butter
white milk until thickness and creaminess you want
1 tablespoon of flour
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pre heat oven to 335
After macaroni is done boiling and drain, bring back to pot and on low to medium heat add 1 stick of butter and half of the cheeses by folding it in and mixing it well, and milk add as much as needed so the mac and cheese isn't to stiff, you want it to be creamy and not stiff keep mixing as butter and cheese begin to melt and add flour
Bring heat to low before adding 1 egg, you don't want the egg to cook in the mac and cheese, mix egg well into the mixture, and add rest of cheese, saving some to add to the top, after you pour your mac and cheese into the baking dish.
Spread the mac and cheese evenly into the baking dish and spread the rest of the cheese on top, put into oven and leave about 25 min until the top is golden brown to your liking.
